• Create an invite link from a server's Users page: pick the channels new users get, how many people may use it, and when it expires. Share it as a link or a QR code; revoke it at any time.
• People open the link, choose a username and password, and enroll in ATAK, iTAK or WinTAK immediately. The link is shown to you once and stored only as a hash.
• Approval mode holds the request until you approve it: nothing is created on the server and the person cannot sign in before then. Approve creates the account with the invite's channels and emails the person their connection details; Reject lets them know it was declined. Owners get one email per half hour while requests are waiting.
• Links can ask for details such as a name or phone number, and can be protected with a password you share separately.
