By accessing and using TAKGRID services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

1.2 Service Description

TAKGRID provides cloud-based server hosting services specifically designed for tactical communication systems, including TAK Server, MediaMTX, Mumble, and Node-RED installations. Our services are provided on a subscription basis.

1.3 Acceptable Use

• • You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• • You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• • You must not transmit malicious software or engage in activities that compromise security

1.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.1 Subscription Billing

• • Payment is due immediately upon subscription activation

3.2 Free Demo Period

New users may access a free 6-hour demo of our services. No payment information is required for the demo. Demo servers are automatically terminated after 6 hours.

3.3 Cancellation Process

• • Cancellations can be processed through your account dashboard
• • You may also contact support@takgrid.com to request cancellation
• • No refunds will be provided for partial months of service
• • You remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to cancellation

3.4 Failed Payments

If payment fails, we will attempt to process payment again. If payment continues to fail, your service may be suspended or terminated after appropriate notice.

4.1 Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload, create, or store on your TAKGRID servers. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content.

4.2 Data Backup and Recovery

• • You are responsible for backing up your data
• • TAKGRID does not provide automatic backup services
• • We recommend implementing your own backup solutions
• • Data recovery after server termination is not possible

4.3 Server Access

You receive full administrative access to your provisioned servers. You are responsible for maintaining security, applying updates, and configuring your server environment.

4.4 Service Level Agreement

• • We target 99.9% uptime for all services
• • Planned maintenance will be announced in advance
• • Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
• • SLA credits may apply for extended outages

5.1 Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. TAKGRID shall not be liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

5.2 Limitation of Damages

In no event shall TAKGRID be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

5.3 Maximum Liability

TAKGRID's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to TAKGRID in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
